Sealed to last
Each bat is turned from maple, and every logo and letter is a vinyl decal in the colors you choose. The whole bat is then sealed under a hard, crystal-clear urethane topcoat that locks the decals in place and protects the paint from scuffs, moisture, and sun fading.

Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to receive my bat?
Production begins once you approve your proof. Most bats ship within 2–3 weeks of approval.
What are the logos and lettering made of?
All logos and lettering are vinyl decals. You can choose separate colors for the knob cross, the CB logo, and your barrel personalization.
Will the decals peel or rub off?
No. After the decals go on, every bat is sprayed with a hard clear urethane topcoat. It seals over the decal edges so they can’t lift, and it shields the paint and graphics from scuffs, sweat, grime, and UV fading. The coat stays slightly flexible, so it moves with the wood instead of cracking or flaking. Like any wood bat, normal game use can leave ball marks and dings on the surface.
Can I put my team’s logo on the barrel?
Yes. Upload your logo in the Barrel step. It is printed in full color and cut to the shape of the artwork. You’ll be asked to confirm that you have permission to use it.
Is local pickup available?
Yes. Select Local pickup at checkout, and we’ll email you pickup details as soon as your bat is ready.
Can I return or cancel my bat?
Because every bat is custom-made, we don’t accept returns or offer refunds. You can cancel for free until you approve your proof, and every bat has a 30-day breakage warranty. See the full policy.
Do you offer team pricing?
Yes. Teams and organizations may receive a promo code, which can be entered at checkout.
Every CB Bats bat is made to order from the design you create. Because each bat is custom, we can’t resell it, so we don’t accept returns or offer refunds. Here’s how we stand behind your bat instead.
No returns or refunds
Custom bats are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once production begins. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before you approve your proof. After you approve your proof, production begins and the order can no longer be cancelled.
Our mistakes
If your bat doesn’t match your approved proof (for example, the wrong color or a misspelling), we’ll remake it at no cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
30-day breakage warranty
If your bat cracks or breaks during normal game use within 30 days of delivery, we’ll replace it once with a bat of the same design and specifications.
How to file a claim: email admin@cbbats.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a photo of the full bat, and a photo of the break. You don’t need to send the bat back unless we ask.
Not covered:
Use with batting-cage balls, pitching-machine balls, or non-regulation balls
Use in temperatures below 60°F (15°C)
Misuse, such as hitting objects other than baseballs
Any sanding, cutting, or other modification
Cosmetic wear, including paint chips, scuffs, ball marks, and decal wear
Improper storage, such as in hot or cold vehicles
Replacement bats (the warranty applies once per order)
Store credit
For situations outside this policy, we may offer store credit at our discretion. Just reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right.

These terms apply when you use cbbats.com or place an order with CB Bats. By using the site or ordering, you agree to them.
Custom orders
Each bat is made to the specifications you choose in our builder. The 3D preview is a close representation of your bat, but natural wood grain, paint, and decal colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen. We email you a proof before production, and you’re responsible for checking it carefully, including spelling.
Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before you order. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout. Applicable sales tax is calculated at payment. Promo codes can’t be combined unless stated and may be withdrawn at any time.
Production and shipping
Most bats ship within 2–3 weeks of proof approval. Delivery dates are estimates, and we’re not responsible for carrier delays. Risk of loss passes to you when the bat is delivered or picked up.
Your uploads
When you upload a signature, logo, or other artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and you allow us to use it to produce your order. We may decline any design that uses content we believe infringes someone else’s rights or is offensive.
Returns and warranty
Custom bats are not refundable. See our Returns, refunds, and warranty policy for cancellations and our 30-day breakage warranty.
Use and safety
Wood bats can break during use. Always follow your league’s equipment rules and use appropriate safety equipment. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms and any order you place with CB Bats are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that can’t be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you place your order applies to that order.
CB Bats respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
Order details: your bat design, name, email, phone number, and shipping address.
Uploads: any signature, logo, or artwork you add to your bat.
Payment: card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout and handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
We use your information to make and deliver your bat, send your proof and order updates, answer your questions, and keep records required for tax and accounting.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the services needed to run the store: Stripe for payments, our website host, Google Analytics, and shipping carriers to deliver your order. We don’t sell your personal information.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, such as which pages are viewed and where people leave the bat builder. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your device, browser, and general location. It doesn’t receive your name, email, address, or uploaded artwork. You can opt out with Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
How we protect it
Our site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. Payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor, so your card details never reach our servers. Order records and uploaded artwork are stored with our hosting provider, and access is limited to CB Bats staff who need it to fill your order, using password-protected accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and will notify you if a breach affects it, as required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for warranty claims, tax, and accounting. Uploaded artwork is kept so we can remake your bat if needed, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing admin@cbbats.com. Our site doesn’t use advertising cookies.
Children
Many of our bats are for young players, but orders should be placed by a parent, guardian, or adult. We don’t knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.
